Welcome Back to Bill Cobb: Bill has a new management team that is going great guns, what a great team with Jo Anne, Peggy and Sandy...see Bill with Easy Street on April 18th at the Eagles on Ash in Springfield, IL.

Steve and the Easy Street Band,

I wanted to thank you and the band again so much for coming to the Amvets Post 48 and performing. I hope you all know just how much I appreciate you doing the show.
Everyone I have talked to really had a good time. I haven't found anyone
yet that did not enjoy theirself. Everyone was still talking about what a
really good show it was last night at the meeting.

I wanted to mail you all a card, and send you an email to tell you thanks again and to give you the official update. We had our meeting last night and with just your tickets sales, I got the official numbers last night, so the Amvets Ladies Auxiliary Post 48 is going to be able to give out 6 (six) $1,000 scholarships to local graduates.
Applications were reviewed last night and we already have the receipients
selected.

Scholarship Program was a huge sucess!! I don't know how I can ever thank you all enough. I just hope you know how I appreciate you giving me the price you did and all the hard work that you all did.

Hopefully there will be a next time, and as I understand congratulations are in order to you!! I heard you have
gotten signed with the casinos. I think that is great!! You really did a wonderful job!!

The band wants to Thank Terry Munson at Mac's in Decatur, IL for the hospitality he and his staff graceously delivered on 1/25/08 when we appeared with Bill Cobb . It was a great night, we all had a Blast .

Hats off to Steve Brandes " Mr Energy " The shows in Ellis Grove, IL, Collinsville, IL were standing room only crowds and the comments were nothing but good, one right after another. The Show in De Sotto, MO was a great success,the show helped to raise 6,000.00 for the Amvets Scholarship Fund.

Thanks Rick, Elvis Himselvis. the Jacksonville, IL show was filled to capacity, the best crowd they had ever had is what they said after the show .
